Rodeo, equestrian, livestock, and event photography can involve unpredictable environments, animals, vehicles, equipment, crowds, weather conditions, and other hazards.

Educational information provided by Emma Folz Photography is not a substitute for following venue rules, event policies, credential requirements, safety instructions, association rules, or instructions from event personnel.

You are responsible for evaluating your own experience, equipment, environment, positioning, and personal safety when photographing any event.

8. Presets and Editing Products

Photography presets and editing resources are creative tools and may produce different results depending on the photograph, camera, lighting, exposure, white balance, file type, software version, and editing workflow.

Examples shown in marketing materials are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results on every photograph.

You are responsible for making additional adjustments appropriate for your individual images.

9. Portfolio Reviews and Mentorship Services

Portfolio reviews, mentorships, consultations, critiques, and similar educational services reflect professional opinions and recommendations.

Purchasing an image, receiving access to a gallery, or hiring Emma Folz Photography does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
